Bhubaneswar: Continuing its crackdown against extortionists, the Quick Action Team (QAT) of the Commissionerate Police and Khandagiri Police, in a joint operation, arrested four persons for allegedly extorting money from long-route buses at Baramunda bus terminal in Bhubaneswar, on Saturday.
The accused have been identified as Dipak Behera, Soumya Ranjit Swain and Bharat Pradhan of Baramunda and Ashok Swain of Rayagada. They were forcibly collecting Rs 2000 each from drivers of long-route buses at the bus terminal.
