Former President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, commented on his country’s opinion regarding Pakistan. He was speaking at the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi, an event hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Government of India. Karzai said that there are two sentiments in his country regarding Pakistan - one is gratitude for shelter provided to Afghans during the Soviet invasion, and the other is consternation regarding ‘interference’ and ‘promotion of extremism’.
