Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman started presenting the Union Budget 2021 in Parliament from 11 am on Monday. Like every year, the Union Budget has triggered a riot of middle class memes on the internet.
Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the Budget went paperless and the finance minister was seen carrying a tablet in red sleeve instead.
