India have taken a 1-0 lead in the three-match T20I series against Australia after Ravindra Jadeja and Yuzvendra Chahal’s heroics in the first game. But Jadeja has been ruled out of the rest of the series with a concussion, while India will be looking to rotate Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah before the Tests. Australia, on the other hand, have major injury concerns, captain Aaron Finch the latest to pick up a niggle. Matthew Wade might step up to lead in his absence, while Nathan Lyon has been added to the squad should Australia look to replace Mitchell Swepson.
While another win will give India the series, Australia would be keen to keep the series alive – with or without Finch – before the final game on Tuesday.
Australia vs India 2nd T20I is available to view in India on Sony Ten 1, Sony Ten 3 and Sony Six channels.
