After failing UPSC prelims, IFS officer Kanishka Singh cleared UPSC in 2nd attempt

After failing the UPSC prelims for Civil Services, IFS Officer Kanshika Singh Sagar decided to not give up and proceeded to clear the UPSC Civil Services Exam in 2018. After securing the All India Rank of AIR 416, Kanshika is now an IFS Officer who is stationed at the Embassy of India in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Read below for her UPSC Success story.

Kanishka first appeared for the UPSC Civil Services Exam in 2017. After appearing for the prelims exam, she soon found out that she had not qualified for the Mains examination and had failed the test. However, she did not let this break her spirit.

In 2018, after preparing for another year, Kanishka appeared for the UPSC Civil Services once again and this time, she cleared one of the toughest exams in the country. She cleared the prelims, mains and interview rounds for UPSC CSE 2018 and secured AIR 416.
