Ever since the arrival of the BS6 emission norms in India, Isuzu had to remove its lifestyle-offroader from its Indian lineup. Before that, it had gained some reputation among the off-roading community in India. In fact, if someone wanted to buy a lifestyle-offroader, the only two main options that come to mind are either the Mahindra Thar, which had been recently introduced completely brand new from the ground up, or the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross, the pickup truck. Being the only one of its kind in our market, it did manage to garner a ton of interest from customers. So it isn’t any surprise that Isuzu would want to bring it back, especially now, that the Thar had created such a huge market for itself and customers are becoming more open to such products. These SUVs are not only utilitarian in nature but also practical and user-friendly, which people can use for regular day-to-day activities as well.
