Maruti Suzuki has published its sale report for the month of January 2021. The start to the year has been very successful for the largest carmaker in the country. According to the official sales figures for January 2021, the overall sales of the brand were recorded at 1,60,752 units as compared to 1,54,123 units in the same month last year. This includes domestic sales of 148,307 units and export sales of 12,445 units, both of which are higher than the year before. This implies that the recovery of the industry has been decent and some months have started to show signs of increased growth in comparison to pre-covid times.
