Toyota Urban Cruiser OUTCLASSES Maruti Brezza at NCAP

While the Toyota Urban Cruiser and Maruti Brezza have both scored 4 points each at NCAP, the former has fared substantially better than its donor model by offering higher adult and child protection

The Toyota Urban Cruiser has finally been tested by Global NCAP in its latest batch of crash tests. As expected, the Brezza-based B-SUV has received a 4-star rating for adult protection, which is exactly what even the Maruti Brezza bagged in an earlier edition of these crash tests. Interestingly, though, the Urban Cruiser has scored 3 stars in child protection against the 2 stars scored by the Brezza. In fact, the rebadged model has fared significantly better than its donor sibling.
