While Kriti Sanon had been pitching a lot to be in Krrish 4, with the film’s script taking a while to complete, she has decided to give her dates to Adipurush instead. Kriti apparently gave Krrish 4 a pass also because she is already busy with multiple films, including the release of Mimi and the shoots for Bachchan Pandey and Hum Do Hamare Do.
A trade source adds, “Kriti has had several meetings and was almost finalised as the heroine of the film. But now, she has had to give it a pass as the dates of both Adipurush and Krrish 4 are clashing. Kriti is already down with COVID-19 now, but the time at home has given her a chance to check out on her dates and what she can do.”
The source also revealed that Kiara Advani is now being touted as the top replacement for Kriti in the film. “Kiara has apparently given the dates from her end for the film and has kept her date diary open to be in the fourth part of the Krrish series,” adds the source.
