4:04 PM PT — Believe it or not … Miya Ponsetto is walking away free as a bird after being arraigned in NYC, although she’ll have a legal leash on her that oughta keep her in check.
A judge just ordered Miya be cut loose from custody on strictly supervised release conditions — including having to refrain from contacting Keyon Harrold and his family, and being required to attend all future court dates both in California and New York. She’ll also have to stay out of any more trouble with the law … all of which is being explained to her now by officials.
Aside from that though … she’s allowed to be on her way, and that way appears to be back to California to her home — according to her defense attorney, anyway. As for why she’s not staying locked up pending a resolution to her…
