Bitbns to honor Mirabai Chanu and PV Sindhu – THE REPORTING TODAY

Mumbai: In its bid to recognize and celebrate Olympic champions, Bitbns has announced Bitcoin SIP awards for Indian winners at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, says a press release.

The company aims to honor the Indian Olympic medalists wherein winners would be entitled to open cryptocurrency SIPs’ worth lakhs on the exchange.

The SIP will start onwards from 2lakh for gold, 1 lakh for silver, and 50k for bronze medalists. The company aims to begin with honoring Mirabai Chanu for bagging a silver medal in weightlifting in the 49 kg category and PV Sindhu, who won the bronze medal after defeating Bing Jiao of China, in badminton to become the 1st Indian woman with 2 individual Olympic medals.
