BJP’s ‘Varadhi’ initiative flooded with petitions on diverse issues

Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has reported an overwhelming response to its newly launched ‘Varadhi’ initiative, evidenced by the influx of petitions on various grievances received at their party headquarters in Vijayawada on Monday.

In a statement, AP BJP highlighted several key issues brought to light by the public.

Party leaders learned from a petition that under the previous YSRC government, political activists were appointed to positions in the department of animal husbandry, sidelining candidates who had qualified through merit in departmental tests.

Students studying outside Andhra Pradesh have not received their fee reimbursements under the ‘Sreshta’ scheme. The petitioners are seeking the state government’s intervention to ensure these funds are released promptly, providing justice to the affected students.
