Delhi riots | High Court asks prosecution to respond to Jamia student Tanha’s bail plea in UAPA case

The Delhi High Court on Monday sought response of the prosecution on a plea by Jamia Millia Islamia student Asif Iqbal Tanha, arrested under the stringent Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, seeking bail in connection with a case related to larger conspiracy in the north east Delhi riots in February last year.
