The much-awaited teaser of Bollywood actor Parineeti Chopra’s upcoming film ‘Saina’ is finally out and the B-town star is creating quite an impact with her performance already.
However, couple of days ago after the film’s poster was released, it found itself in the middle of a controversy after netizens pointed out that the ‘serve’ had been depicted incorrectly. Several social media users made fun and claimed that a ‘Sania Mirza’ fan must have made the upcoming film’s poster. Other quirky reactions also followed after the makers dropped the film’s poster.
Now, after much ado, the film’s director Amole Gupte has reacted to the whole controversy. On Wednesday night, he took to Facebook and wrote in a post, “Too much speculation in the digital media about the poster… “looks like a tennis serve… Saina doing a Sania” etc etc…If Saina is the flying shuttle, then clearly, the girl’s hand with the National colours wristband is the hand of the Indian Girl Child…
