New Delhi, Sep 20: Union Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said that re-iterated that introduction of the bills does not mean end of MSP system or APMC. Tearing off of rule book, snatching and throwing papers never happened in the history of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha.
