The Afghanistan legspinner said before the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore that he never thought about becoming the No.1 bowler in the format and he added that he focused on just one thing in order to gain success.
“I am focused more on economical bowling. Dot ball and building pressure on the batsmen is something that I focus on. My emphasis is always on economical bowling as that might reap rewards for the other bowlers bowling at the other end,” Rashid Khan said.
With 55 wickets in three seasons, Rashid Khan is one of the lethal bowlers operating in the IPL.
