IPL 2020: SRH Restrict RCB To 120/7 In 52nd Match

Sharjah: SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) won the toss and chose to bowl against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 52nd match of 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL) at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday. SRH restricted RCB to 120 runs at a loss of 7 wickets.

Josh Philippe and Devdutt Paddikal were the openers of RCB. RCB had a steady start posting 8 runs in the first two overs.

However, Paddikal departed in the 3rd over. Sandeep Sharma took the first wicket of the innings. Paddikal scored 5 runs off 8 deliveries.

Again it was Sandeep who took the big wicket in the 5th over. RCB skipper departed scoring only 7 runs off 6 balls.

By the end of the powerplay, RCB lost 2 wickets with 30 runs on board.

However, AB de Villiers stood strong on the field till the halfway of the match. But, Shahbaz Nadeem dismissed him in the 11th over. de Villiers scored 24 runs off 23 balls.
