The latest in a series of near-nightly demonstrations since the start of the war saw thousands march through Midtown Manhattan to protest Israel’s attacks on Gaza

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators occupied The New York Times lobby on Thursday (local time), urging an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and alleging media bias favoring Israel in its coverage of the conflict.

The demonstration, part of a series of near-nightly protests since the war’s onset, featured thousands marching through Midtown Manhattan to voice opposition to Israel’s actions in Gaza. At around 5 pm, a faction led by media workers entered the Times building’s atrium, displaying a banner advocating for a ceasefire.
