Mumbai: Odisha’s classical dance Odissi will bedazzle Bollywood with its full glory this year. Actress Kajol is all set to foray into the digital platform with debut film Tribhanga which captures her playing the role of an Odissi dancer.
The movie is slated to release on January 15 on the online streaming giant, Netflix. The name of the movie derives from the word ‘Tribangha’, the three bent form of dance called posture which is an important feature of Odissi.
Kajol took to Twitter to make the announcement on Friday with a glimpse of the story and characters in the upcoming movie through a video.
