Rajesh Gopinathan was one of the highest-paid employees of Tata Group and ended up bagging a commission of Rs 25 crore during his time as TCS Managing Director and CEO.

Ratan Tata’s company Tata Group and its subsidiaries have some of the highest-paid top management positions across the country and one of its employees, Rajesh Gopinathan, set the record of being one of the highest-paid CEOs in India as the head of the Tata Consultancy Services.

Former TCS CEO and Managing Director Rajesh Gopinathan became the highest-paid Tata employee during his tenure, and also had a significant contribution towards taking TCS to new heights, securing revenue of Rs 2.25 lakh crore under his leadership.

Rajesh Gopinathan is an electrical engineer who got his degree from NIT Trichy. After completing his graduation, the former TCS CEO and MD went to IIM Ahmedabad to get his Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
