Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Higher Education Department has issued guidelines to colleges to allow Plus-3 admission without original certificates.
In a letter, the department said that self-attested downloaded marksheet should be considered during the Plus-3 admission and the migration certificate is not mandatory.
During the admission, students can give an undertaking regarding the submission of marksheets later.
“Due to COVTD-19 pandemic, there is some disruption in supplying the original certificates, mark sheets, migration certificates etc to the students, passing out from CHSE(O) during 2019-20. As a result, they may fail to show the original certificates for verification at the time of admission,” the letter read.
