Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Higher Education Department has issued notification for spot admission in degree colleges along with the guidelines and timeline for the entire process.
The total vacant seats will be notified on the official website from November 9, and colleges have been asked to make dropbox facility for submission of applications from November 10 to 13.
The list of the selected students will be out on November 17.

Following categories of applicants/students with barcode number (starting from 20D ) can apply for spot admission.
- Those who had submitted the CAF online, but could not deposit the CAP fees
- Those who had submitted the CAF online, deposited the CAF fees, but could not be selected during 1st and 2nd Selection.
