Indian film and television actor Gajendra Chauhan, best known for his portrayal of Yudhishthira in the historical TV series ‘Mahabharat’ on Thursday hit out at international pop icon Rihanna for her tweet extending support to the farmers protesting in the country against agri laws.
In a video released hours ago, Gajendra warned Rihanna to not speak about the internal matters of India and to keep her “mouth shut”.
In the video, Gajendra Chauhan is heard saying “India is a democracy. Our democracy allows us the right to hold demonstrations and to organise protests. For the last few months, the farmers of our country have been holding a protest. On this issue, an international celebrity, Rihanna, has put out a tweet.
