Today (February 16) is the last day to apply for Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Hosuing Scheme 2021 under which 1,350 DDA flats are up for sale in Delhi. According to a DDA spokesperson, around 27,000 applications have been received by DDA and over 15,000 have paid up the booking amount.
The spokesperson added that 10,147 people have applied for HIG and MIG units which are in the range of over Rs 1 crore and Rs 2 crore. The spokesperson said that around 3,245 from the Economically Weaker Section category have paid the booking amount.
The DDA flats which are up for sale are located at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj in Delhi. According to DDA, the time of applications will end at midnight of February 16. The draw of lots will take place on March 5.
For EWS units, the application amount is Rs 25,000, for LIG it is Rs 1 lakh. For middle income group (MIG) and higher income group (HIG) units, the application amount is fixed at Rs 2 lakh. DDA said…
