Tripura Schools to Remain Closed For Two Days in View of Cyclone Remal

Tripura School Holiday announced! In view of the cyclonic storm Remal, there are chances of heavy rainfall and the Directorate of Higher Education has announced that all educational institutions in Tripura will remain closed from tomorrow till May 28.
“In view of the press release issued today by the Revenue Department, Government of Tripura regarding prediction of Cyclonic Storm “Remal” causing having rainfall and disruption of life in the state, the Colleges/Universities (both Government and Private) will remain closed on 27th and 28th May, 2024, as a measure of precaution. All the head of the Institutions/Colleges/Universities are requested to take necessary steps accordingly” reads the press release.
Students and parents are advised to take note of this. It is advised to stay indoors unless there is an emergency.
