An elderly Israeli hostage is still in critical condition a day after she was released from Hamas captivity and airlifted directly to a hospital, Israeli media said on Monday.
Elma Avraham, 84, was taken hostage from her home in Kibbutz Nahal Oz in Israel on October 7 she was an independent member of the community. When Hamas released her on Sunday, she was in a “fight for her life”, according to media reports citing hospital staff where she is kept.
“Elma was in Hamas captivity for 51 days and nights. She was kept in a harsh condition. She was denied lifesaving medication. She was not visited by the Red Cross.”A message…
