If you haven’t tried an avocado before or if you’re completely crazy about them – this one’s for you. The first time I tried an avocado, it was in the form of a similar guacamole at a friend’s place in Santa Rosa, California, where he quickly whipped up this magical dish that we ate with nachos. I was an immediate fan – An Avocado? What is that? I googled it to see what the fruit looks like and never looked back. After that ofcourse there were many times we ate avocados and in many different forms as we discovered all the different ways you can eat it in our month long trip across California.
