The process of online registration for counselling on behalf of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority commences on 6th October. Candidates who have succeeded in JEE advance exam can register online at josaa.nic.in for Josa counselling. JoSAA conducts counselling process for admission to all centrally aided technical institutions including IITs, NITs, Triple IT, IIEST across the country.
The joint seat allocation authority has recently announced some major changes in the admission process this year. According to an official statement issued by JoSAA, only six rounds of seats will be made in the year 2020. However, for the last three years, seven rounds of seat allotment have been done.
