Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP) chief Mayawati has announced that her party will boycott President Ram Nath Kovind’s address to a joint sitting of the two houses of Parliament on Friday, the first day of the budget session, to protest against the three farm laws.
Taking to Twitter, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati urged the central government not to make the farmers’ leaders “scapegoats” for the violence that took place in Delhi during the tractor rally on Republic Day.
