Apple recently announced that it is launching a Replacement Program for iPhone 11 units. The announcement comes as a resolution for the touch screen issues faced by some iPhone 11 users.
The company has acknowledged that a small number of iPhone 11 displays produced between September 2019 and May 2020 may stop responding to touch due to an issue with the display module. Apple says, “if your iPhone 11 has been exhibiting this issue, please use the serial number checker to see if your device is eligible for this program. If so, Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will provide service, free of charge.”
