Loki heads to Disney+ on June 11th. It’s the third live-action Marvel TV show on the streaming service in six months. That’s certainly a faster release schedule than Marvel’s movie offerings which makes sense given the whole global pandemic we’ve been going through and the general lack of moviegoing.
We now have our first look at the Tom Hiddleston led show and I’m happy to report that the debut trailer is excellent. So far, the three live-action MCU shows we’ve gotten on Disney Plus are all varied enough (within the MCU’s formulaic framework) to pique my interest. In WandaVision we had a more surreal, almost satirical take on superhero drama. So far, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier is an action / buddy cop affair.
