The reverse fixture of Saturday’s clash between Melbourne Stars and Hobart Hurricanes will see the Stars in a desperate situation to win after coming off three losses in a row in the Big Bash League (BBL) 10.
Stars after starting the season with a bang with two comprehensive wins have certainly lost momentum after the washed out game against Perth Scorchers and lost three game on the bounce since then.
The injuries haven’t helped them as after losing Pakistan bowler Dilbar Hussain to hamstring injury, the Stars have lost fats-bowlers Nathan Coulter-Nile (calf) and Jackson Coleman (hamstring) to injuries and were dealt a body blow on Saturday after Nic Maddinson twisted his ankle on the boundary rope.
