Restaurant owners have been patiently waiting for the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) to open the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (“RRF”) since the passing of the American Rescue Plan Act on March 11, 2021. The SBA announced this week that registration for the SBA application portal will begin on Friday, April 30, 2021, at 9 am ET and applications will open on Monday, May 3, 2021, at noon ET.
