The UK is a global hub for artificial intelligence (AI) innovation. Behind the US and China, it has a strong claim to be the third best place in the world to be an AI researcher or company founder. While it was sold to Google, Deepmind, which recently “changed everything” by solving the protein folding problem, is testament to the UK’s AI talent.
